Mrs. R. Rajeswari is working as the Head of Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Also she is In-charge of the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. She has 18 years of rich teaching experience as Lecturer in the department. She Completed Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Thiagarajar Polytechnic College, Salem and then completed AMIE. She is the Co-ordinator for “Women-in-Development” in CIICP and organised many programmes for the development of female students. She participated in State Level WID workshop held at Government Polytechnic College for Women, Madurai. She participated in train the trainer program on “Problem based Learning and Peer Instruction” held at Thiagarajar Polytechnic College, Salem. She completed course of Business English Certificate, Preliminary Council of Europe. She motivates the students to believe that they are capable of being successful, to remain positive and to be self disciplined.
