A guest lecture programme was organized by the Civil Engineering and Agricultural Technology Department of Paavai Polytechnic College for the second and third year students on 11.04.2022. The Chief Guest Ms.G.S.Supragha Research student Project Guide , SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai. She had delivered an elaborate lecture on “Town Planning and Surveying”. In her lecture, she explained about the concept of Slum Clearance and uses of Theodelite. At the end she clarified the doubts raised by the students and also motivated the students about the role of Civil Engineers.
