A three days orientation programme for II year students was held from 14th December to 16th December 2021. Dr. K.Selvi, Dean Academics, delivered her speech on Paavai Culture. She detailed about classroom behavior and principles which should be followed in Paavai. She strongly imposed the culture to be followed strictly on and off the college campus. Mrs. K.Subashini, Associate Professor, Faculty Development Department, delivered her speech on Value Education. In her session, she explained how education to be a part of life. Mr. C.Loganathan, HOD, Audio and Visual, Paavai Institutions, addressed the students on Life Skills. He created awareness among the students regarding first aid. He encouraged them to help the needy on time without any hesitation and fear. He advocated for the students the importance of rescuing people from various accidents. Dr.Premkumar, Principal, Paavai Engineering College, delivered his speech on Involve to Evolve. In his session, he explained how to involve students on their studies and how to evolve their achievement. Dr. Banumathi, HOD/CSE, Paavai Engineering College, delivered her speech on Stress Management. She detailed about how to reduce students stress on their studies and explained more activities to perform stress free mind. Dr.R.Shanthi, HOD, English Department, Paavai Engineering College, delivered her speech on Communication Skills. She encouraged the student’s regarding how to speak English and how to improve student’s communication skills.
