A Guest Lecture Programme was organized by the Automobile Engineering Association of Paavai Polytechnic College for the third year students on 25.08.2018. Mrs.S.Sumathi, Principal of Paavai Polytechnic College had inaugurated the Guest Lecture Program and it was started with the Prayer Song. After the prayer song, The Student S.Sarath Kanth welcomed the gathering. The Chief Guest Er. T.Senthilraja, Managing Director, Green CAD Tech, Rasipuram had delivered the lecture on “DRAFTING & MODELING in DESIGN”. In his lecture, he explained about the scope & role of design in Automobile Fields. He added some demo which includes of drafting and modeling of components such as helical spring, tyre, etc using 3D Modeling Software. He has given the inputs related to the assembling and animations of the Automobile Components to the students. He told that there are ample number of opportunities for the design engineers across the world. Finally, the vote of thanks was delivered by our Final year Student K.Gowtham. At last, the program was ended with the National Anthem.
