Mr.R.Prabhudevan is working as the head of department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, He has 08 years of rich teaching experience as Lecturer in department. He completed Master of Engineering in “department of EEE” in specialization of ‘power system engineering’ in Anna university regional campus Coimbatore. He is the Co-Ordinator of Post matric Scholarship and Exam cell member in Paavai Polytechnic College, Namakkal.
He participated in two days state level online faculty. Development programme (FTP) on “Virtual teaching and learning” conducted by “Tamilnadu state Council for higher education-Chennai”. He also successfully completed “Virtual quiz” on “Basic Electronics” organized by department of electronics and communication engineering, at government polytechnic college, Uthangarai. He has participated in “Online quiz” on the topic “basics of Electrical Engineering” conducted by department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, at Government Polytechnic College, Thozhuvoor. He has participated in the Two Days National Level Faculty Development Programme on the topic “Outcome Based Education for Engineering” organized by Department of EEE & ECE, at Nanjiah Lingammal Polytechnic College, Coimbatore. He provides effective learning feedback to help to Student to learn exactly where they went wrong and how they can improve Next time and help student to stay motivated to work hard.
